About, contact and FAQ pages
Use Vellora's ready-made page templates for an about page, a contact page with a form, and an FAQ page.
Vellora includes three page templates on top of the default one. Each is a set of sections you can edit, reorder or extend in the theme editor.

Create a page and assign a template
- In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Pages and click Add page.
- Add a title, such as "About us", and any content.
- In the Theme template menu, choose
about,contactorfaq. - Click Save.
- Add the page to a menu in Content > Menus so customers can find it. See Navigation and mega menu.
To edit the template, open the theme editor, choose Pages in the page menu at the top, and pick the template.
About page
The about template tells your story with images and short text: an Image banner with a heading, a Rich text introduction, an Image with text section and a three-column Multicolumn for your values.
Because the text lives in the template, every page assigned to about shows the same content. For a second page like it, create another template from the theme editor.
Contact page
The contact template shows the page's title and content, then a contact form, then a few common questions.
The Contact form has these fields:

Messages are sent to your store's contact email, which you set in your store details in Settings. Customers see a confirmation once the message is sent, or a list of what to fix above the fields, such as a missing email.

FAQ page
The FAQ template shows the page title, then a Collapsible content section with the heading beside the rows and each row as a card.
Each Row block has a Heading and Content. To reuse text that already exists, such as your shipping policy page, choose it under Content from a page. Its content is added after the row's own content.

You can add the Collapsible content section to any page, such as a product template or the home page.
Default page
The default page template shows the page title and the content from the admin. Set the Heading size to Small, Medium or Large. See the Page reference.
Policy pages, such as your refund policy, aren't theme pages. Edit them in Settings > Policies. The footer links to them when Show policy links is on.
Tips
- Keep the contact page simple. A form, an email address and a few answers solve most questions.
- Group FAQ rows by topic and add a second Collapsible content section for each group, such as Shipping and Returns.
- For a page that needs sections on top of its content, such as a lookbook, create a new template based on
pageand add sections below the Page section.
