Overview
What Vellora includes, how these docs are organized, and where to get help.
Vellora is an Online Store 2.0 theme for Shopify by Themivo. It was written from scratch, not built on Dawn or Horizon, and it ships with three presets: Vellora for home goods, Sorrel for skincare and Graphite for streetwear.
What's included
- Sections for every page. Hero collage, split hero, slideshow, shoppable image and video, before and after, product set, promotion countdown, collection tabs, testimonials, scrolling text and more. See the section reference.
- Header and navigation. A sticky header, a mega menu with optional images, a mobile menu drawer, predictive search, and country and language selectors.
- Collection and search pages. Filters in a sidebar, a horizontal bar or a drawer, sorting, a load more button, a grid density toggle and promotion tiles.
- Product page. A variant picker with color swatches, pickup availability, subscriptions, quantity rules and volume pricing, a gift card recipient form, a sticky add to cart bar, image zoom, video, 3D models and AR.
- Cart. A cart drawer or a cart page, with free shipping and reward progress, recommended products, free samples, a gift message, a discount code field and an order note.
- Calm motion. Sections reveal on scroll, drawers slide in and out, and the cart count reacts when the cart changes. Each effect can be turned off, and all of them stop for visitors who choose reduced motion.
- Customer accounts. The header uses Shopify's account button for the current customer accounts.
Requirements
- A Shopify plan with the Online Store sales channel.
- The free Search & Discovery app if you want to customize filters, complementary products or search synonyms. Vellora works without it, using Shopify's default filters.
- Customer accounts (not legacy accounts) if you want customers to sign in. See Customer accounts.
